What Student Support is Available?
UNE Partnerships is committed to helping every student succeed. Our support approach is personalised, proactive, and available from the moment you enquire right through to course completion.
Before you start
When you enrol, your Course Advisor will discuss your study goals, identify any support needs, and confirm that your chosen course aligns with your career aspirations. We will also ask about language, literacy, and numeracy requirements and any disability or health considerations that may affect your study.
During your studies
- Direct access to your trainer for academic questions and assessment feedback
- Dedicated student support staff available by phone and email
- Regular progress check-ins to ensure you are on track
- Study skills guidance and assistance with time management
- Reasonable adjustments available for students with a disability or health condition
- Language, literacy, and numeracy support where required
How do I get help?
You can reach out for support in several ways:
- Contact your trainer directly via the my.unep portal or email
- Call Student Services on 1800 066 128
- Email ask@unep.edu.au
What if my circumstances change?
Support needs can change over time. If you are facing personal, health, or financial challenges during your studies, contact us as early as possible. We can discuss options including study plan adjustments, extensions, and — in some circumstances — suspension of enrolment.
Rights and responsibilities
As a student, you have the right to a safe, fair, and supportive learning environment. Our Policies and Procedures are available at unep.edu.au/students/policies and outline your rights, our responsibilities, and the processes for raising concerns or complaints.
You do not need to be struggling to reach out — our support team is here to help at any stage of your study journey.
