Project Management Qualifications

UNE Partnerships offers three nationally recognised qualifications in Project Management, designed to equip professionals with the methods, techniques, and leadership skills to plan and deliver successful projects. All Project Management qualifications are endorsed by the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM).

Certificate IV in Project Management Practice

Essential skills to successfully plan and coordinate one or more elements of a project whilst providing direct support to project managers at all levels. Ideal for those new to project management or looking to formalise their practical experience. Duration: 15 months.

Diploma of Project Management

Learn and understand the methods, techniques, and tools required to plan and manage projects that achieve the goals and objectives important to project managers. Suited to those with existing project experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility. Duration: 2 years.

Advanced Diploma of Program Management (RPL only)

The Advanced Diploma of Program Management provides experienced program and portfolio management professionals with the opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This qualification enables you to have your expertise formally recognised without the need for classroom-based study.

This recognition-only pathway is designed for professionals who have developed extensive experience leading complex programs, portfolios and strategic initiatives and can demonstrate their competency through workplace evidence, prior learning and professional achievements.

Delivery

All qualifications are delivered fully online with flexible, self-paced study. Course materials are included and all assessments are submitted via the my.unep portal.
