How Do I Enrol at UNE Partnerships?
Enrolling with UNE Partnerships is straightforward. You can get started at any time — our flexible enrolment model means there are no fixed semester intake dates for most courses.
Step-by-step enrolment process
Step 1 — Choose your course
Browse our qualifications and short courses at unep.edu.au. If you need help deciding, contact our Course Advisors on 1800 066 128 or at ask@unep.edu.au.
Step 2 — Submit an enquiry or apply online
Click 'Enquire Now' on any course page to submit your details. A Course Advisor will contact you to confirm your eligibility, discuss your goals, and walk you through the enrolment form.
Step 3 — Complete enrolment paperwork
You will receive an enrolment form and a Student Agreement to complete. At this stage, we will also ask about any learning support needs, language or literacy requirements, and prior learning or credit you may be eligible for.
Step 4 — Confirm payment or funding
Choose your preferred payment method — upfront, instalment plan, employer-funded, or government-subsidised (where eligible). See our Fees and Funding article for full details.
Step 5 — Receive your student login and study materials
Once enrolment is confirmed, you will receive login details for the my.unep student portal and access to all your course materials. There are no hidden costs — everything you need is included.
Is there an entry requirement?
Entry requirements vary by course. Some qualifications require a minimum level of prior education or work experience, while short courses are generally open to all. Your Course Advisor will confirm requirements for your chosen course during the enrolment conversation.
Can I start any time?
Yes. Most courses have flexible, rolling enrolments — you do not need to wait for a semester start date. Some employer-funded or government-subsidised cohorts may have scheduled intake dates; your Course Advisor will advise if this applies.
How do I log in once I am enrolled?
Use the my.unep portal at my.unep.edu.au to access your course materials, submit assessments, and connect with your trainer and student support team.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an employee, select 'My Employee' on the enquiry form and a Course Advisor will guide you through the corporate enrolment process.
