Government and Procurement Qualifications

UNE Partnerships offers two nationally recognised qualifications in Government and Procurement, designed for public sector professionals and those working in procurement and contracting roles. Both qualifications are available under the NSW Smart and Skilled program for eligible NSW residents.

Diploma of Government

Ideal for those with a diverse range of responsibilities who wish to develop high-level leadership and communication skills and a deep understanding of the ethics and principles underpinning all aspects of public service. Covers policy compliance, governance frameworks, stakeholder engagement, and public sector legislation. Duration: 2 years.

Diploma of Procurement and Contracting

This specialist qualification is intended for people currently working in a position with responsibility for the management of complex procurement and contracting. Covers supplier management, contract administration, value-for-money principles, and procurement governance. Duration: 2 years.

Delivery

All qualifications are delivered 100% online with flexible, self-paced study. Course materials are included and all assessments are submitted via the my.unep portal.
